CHGOUTQSPL - Apply CHGSPLA parms to selected spooled files

Details

CHGOUTQSPL allows you to select spooled files on an output queue and run a CHGSPLFA on each matching file. The elements or parameters of CHGSPLFA are specified on the CMDPARMS parameter, in much the same way that you specify NEWDFT options for CHGCMDDFT.

Note that DBG/400 and WRKUSROUTQ must already be installed for CHGOUTQSPL to build/work.
