TWiki VMware Virtual Machine (using Debian stable)

Unfortunately I need to disable the downloads for a little while. I use mod_cband to throttle the bandwidth of the TWiki:TWikiVMDebianStable download to leave a bit of upstream for my family to use. Yesterday's Debian Sid upgrade pulled in newer version of Apache but dropped mod_cband Demand is such that my connection is almost unusable - normal service will be resumed as soon as mod_cband is available again.
